Psychotherapy Services
I provide psychotherapy services for adults (18 years of age and older). I work with individuals who have specific mental health concerns or just feel stressed and overwhelmed by life's challenges, couples encountering relationship issues,
and individuals in recovery from addiction. Sessions are tailored and individualized to meet the unique
mental health needs of each person. Teletherapy, HIPAA compliant video sessions, are also available.

Individual Psychotherapy - Individual psychotherapy is a team effort; a joint therapeutic process between the client and myself. Goals may include addressing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety or depression, coping through life transitions, inspiring change, enhancing quality of life, and improving stress management skills. This therapy may be solution-focused and brief; but it can also be more long term if needed.
Addiction Therapy - Therapy that is focused and specific to helping individuals overcome dependence on alcohol, drugs or problematic behaviors such as gambling. I utilize motivational interviewing, harm reduction strategies, cognitive-behavioral interventions and mindfulness techniques to help my clients progress toward their recovery goals.
Couple’s Therapy - A form of psychotherapy in which two individuals in a relationship can increase their understanding of one another, gain insights, improve communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance overall satisfaction within the relationship. I enjoy supporting couples as they address specific issues and work together to find a deeper connection.
